Intro To Cycle
Everything you need to know to get started!
Cycle 45
A standard class including races, climbs, and attacks.
Cycle Express
Similar to Cycle 45, but more intense 30 minutes.
Cycle Lite
Similar to Cycle 45, but without a few of the more intense tracks. 30 minutes.
Barre
A functional, music- and beat-based workout. 45 minutes of work, head to toe.
