Sometimes referred to as indoor cycling, spin is a great full-body workout. It’s cardio-focused, low-impact… and fun! Classes involved pedaling to the beat of the music, working through a ride that alternates between different levels of difficulty and intensity. The lights are low. The music is up. And the energy is high!

Our courses are accessible to all fitness levels! Atelier Cycle offers class formats that vary in intensity and in duration. Pick yours below.

Ready To Ride?

Riders aged 16+ can join our rides. Riders under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian and must attend their first class with their parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. Minor riders and their parents/guardians are responsible to have this waiver signed before attending the studio. Fill it out here

Our regular class takes you through races, climbs, attacks, and more!

Like Cycle 45, modified to get the most sweat out in just 30 minutes.
